We start each morning with a short, energising team pep talk. These moments are more than just a briefing, they’re an opportunity to connect, motivate, learn and ensure everyone begins their day feeling encouraged, confident, and focused.
Every Monday, the team comes together for group meditation sessions. These quiet, mindful breaks help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote emotional resilience. It’s a chance to step away from the day’s demands and recharge both mentally and physically.

Our director, Julia Patiño, is not only a leader in business but also a passionate advocate for the wellbeing and mental health of every member of our team.
