What is your working process?From our clients point of view, a request process can look like this: Step 1: A request is issued, the information is send through email or through whatsapp, including photos, videos and details of the problem. Step 2: Clients receive an answer on the same day with an invitation for a survey (if needed) or a date for the quotation. Once the client receive our proposal including our terms and conditions, they can decide if the price and working description is convenient for them. We will wait for an approval message before proceeding. Ste 3: If client approves, we move to scheduling, issuing working permits (if needed), create RAMS and the adquisition of materials. Clients receive an email with all the details and a confirmation of the working date and time. Clients receive real time updates of the working process and a final report that includes photos and videos of the work done. Clients receive certificates and documentation for their records. Step 4: Invoice is sent to client through email with specific deadlines and instructions for payment. Client will receive an invitation to share their feedback in any of our SM platforms. Through the process you will always have a member of the staff guiding you and available to answer any questions. Our team works with respect, care and efficiency, giving you the best customer service.

Do I need to sign a contract with Preventor?Not necessarily. We regularly work with both, commercial and residential clients through one-off callout visits. However, signing a 6-month or annual maintenance contract comes with exclusive benefits and services that we’re unable to offer on a single-request basis.
